Just backed Starscape but went softcover as the hardcover costs £24 more!I personally think it's overpriced, which is an issue I have with a lot of Kickstarers these days.

I like Sanderson. I might get round to playing the Mistborn RPG one day, I have it in pdf. However I just don't need to hack 5e or any other FRPG enough to need his/their books. It's fantasy, it's a little different, but it's the setting and that is in the books.I’m conflicted on this one…
I quite like Sanderson but I am not a huge fan. And I’m not a fan of d20 but this seems like enough of its own thing to potentially make a difference.
It’s going to do epic numbers, that is for sure.

Yeah, it looks a really good fit for you. Perhaps the question should be if it gives you joy and you’ll likely read it. If not, then avoid.
I didn’t back the Troubleshooters adventures because I figured that (1) they’d funded and (2) I’ve not yet properly read or run the game. I can always get them when they’re out.
Having more challenge with the Old Gods one. I really like what I’ve read and it is usually a lot cheaper to back the MCG stuff direct (and you get the PDFs at no extra cost), but uncertain whether I will get it to table. Part of the reason I’m playing @paulbaldowski ’s game at Furnace.

The Troubleshooters or Old Gods of Appalachia?I didn't realised it was kickstarted. Was this a reprint or a second edition?
You had me at the Foundry VTT modules... but as a player.. so it doesn't help you at all. It's not like there aren't a milliard games you and I would play together if there were enough hours in the day and days in the week! This is an interesting 'crossroad' temptation.

A 54 item huge bundle, including a clutch of PF2e core books, a full Aventure Path, with all the Foundry VTT modules. It will be very good indeed, with a scary halloween undead theme riven throughout. The Impossible Lands setting book is also supposed to be top notch.
Crossroads though. Do I want to take in a large glut of very good Pathfinder? Will I get much if any of it to the virtual table? Am I going back to Pathfinder? I think it might be a logjam moment, where adding to the stack is not what I want to do, regardless of the insanely cheap price and high quality. Perhaps the intimidating weight of unplayed shelves is holding me back, that and a lighter purchasing budget?
And, as the thread title dictates, temptation...
I seem to have inadvertently managed to resist this one. I thought it ended today but it was yesterday. Went to have a quick gander and it had finished.Having more challenge with the Old Gods one. Oh bugger, they may have got me at last.View attachment 5583
