In the UK the OSA requires us to know the age of our members and posters, and yet the UK Govt. has not provided a method to do this that is affordable to small voluntary BBS like ours. Thanks very much @First Age for all your stalwart work organising TavernCon over the last few years.

On consideration I have decided that we will not be holding TavernCon again.

We had some great games and many people who don't get to the same conventions were able to meet up.

There's a very vibrant virtual Grogmeet that I feel fulfils the need well and seems to active and well supported.

Thank you. It's amazing what you can do with a simple spreadsheet!

We also have a useful #looking-for-a-game channel on the Tavern Discord.

I'll aim to use that more frequently, especially for one shots and games that I might like to try. Such a ready cohort of excellent gamers!
 
Thanks once again for organising these TavernCons. They seemed to work very well, I certainly enjoyed myself each time.
