Is there any way to have newest post on top when you open a thread? I can't see anything in preferences and it will be a pain to wade through pages of old posts before you reach the new...
 
Actually it does that, but it keeps sticky posts at the top, and then newest..
 
No, I meant within a thread... On UK RolePlayers, you can set newest post on top within threads.

On the other hand, I've just seen the 'jump to unread' button.
 
So far as I'm aware, there's currently no way to do this. If it becomes available in future, either through a core upgrade or an add-on, I'll look at implementing it.
 
Actually, it seems to exhibit that behaviour for me, the thread jumps to the first unread..
