Just to confirm - the Tripod Colours from the Dark game in Slot 1 is not going ahead as there were too few players - the players who prebooked have been reallocated to one of their other preferences.

I think that - had it been a week earlier - it would have stood quite a chance. As it is, not many people amended their bookings over the second half of the week.

All, I need your help. I am running in Slot 3 (STA Echoes TOS), Slot 4 (Blue Planet) and Slot 5 (Blue Planet). Unfortunately, my wife has just tested positive for COVID. Currently I'm clear but I will be testing daily and will not be coming if I have any symptoms.

I need reserve GMs for each of those slots (ideally from those who are playing but so long as we don't leave a game with less than half the players then it's fine if someone steps out). Please can you shout out if you can help?

You may have noticed my previous post that I am unlikely to be able to attend North Star because my wife has come down with COVID. Unfortunately, that's now confirmed so all my games are off. We have sorted cover for the Slot 4 and Slot 5 games, but just as we did that, fate has thrown another wave of attacks at us. Due to the Train Strike, Darran Sims has had to pull out from running in Slot 3 (the Alien game) because he was with us for the day only and can't get home otherwise.

This leaves us with 10 players with only two game spaces. We need to find enough spaces for those 8 people.
  • We have two of the larger tables (suitable for 6) available now - a game in a smaller space could move here to allow more or a new, larger game could go there.
  • We need at least one more larger game and some of the others to increase numbers.
  • If you're running a game in another slot, you could even repeat it.
Can anyone step up to save the day, or at least Slot 3?

Hi - Stuart Mousir-Harrison (Dr Moose) and Timothy Collinson have stepped up and offered replacement games for Slot 3. I've had a quick look and made a provisional allocation of players.

If you were in the Star Trek Echoes (TOS) game (Dom Mooney) or the Alien game (Darran Sims) please can you have a look at the 'confirmed game bookings tab'.

Let me know urgently if it's an issue - there's the potential to swap between to the two games but I cannot take a game below 3 players as it makes them non-viable. Thanks for your support.

Further complications - we've unfortunately had another player who isn't available to attend due to ill health. As a result, I will need to close down one of the games above. I'm proposing to do this for Dr Moose's because he was already booked as a player and I can get him back in the game I pulled him from. I'll amend accordingly. Come back to me with issues.
