It's Halloween in Mega City One Sector 306. As Mega City Judges, it's your job to bring law to a city of 800 million people, where an average of 96 crimes are committed every second.
Halloween is unpredictable. All the crazies come out at Halloween. Mega City One on a normal day is crazy. Halloween is worse. Much worse. Drokk knows what all this pumpkin graffiti is about that's been appearing across the sector. Probably just another juve craze.
Your patrol has pulled the late shift. Fire up your Lawmasters. It’s time to get out on the streets and make sure the citizens of Sector 306 have themselves a peaceful and law-abiding Halloween. If they can’t manage that, they can always cool off in an iso-cube, or meet the business end of your Lawgiver.

System: 2d20 Dune (a crunchier hack)
The year is 10179AG. Twelve years before the events of Dune.
House Harkonnen has had control of the siridar fief of Arrakis for almost 50 years, mining spice for the Empire. Through their persecution of the Fremen, and through the minimisation of outlay on infrastructure and pay, the Harkonnens have managed to pay the tithe they owe to the Emperor, as well as keep a substantial amount of melange for themselves. They have become obscenely wealthy during this period.
Sir Theobald Hagal, notorious libertine and playboy, and cousin by marriage of the Padishah Emperor, Shaddam IV, has gone missing on Arrakis. His mother, Lady Astrid Hagal has petitioned the royal court for help finding her wayward son.
Your team has been assembled and sanctioned to travel by Guild Heighliner to Arrakis, ascertain Theobald’s whereabouts, and if possible bring him safely home.
