[generic] New Thread Prefixes

I am starting to add thread prefixes for cons.
I started with the GarriCons, and then I'll slowly add others.
If you have posted a thread on a con, then feel free to edit it and add the right prefix, or ask me in a conversation for a new one.

Since we are now Required to have a prefix even if that prefix is [None] or [Generic] can we have a prefix for [Other Game] to cover the many systems we don't currently have prefixes for?
